‘Modern Family’ actress Sofia Vergara is now engaged to her longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend Nick Loeb, an millionaire entrepreneur from Florida. Forty year old actress Sofia Vergara, who viewers know well as the hilarious wife Gloria Delgado-Pritchett of Ed O’Neil’s character,  is now engaged.  Vergara’s thirty-six year old boyfriend Nick Loeb popped the big question while the two were away on vacation in Mexico to celebrate the performer’s 40th birthday with 90 or so of her close friends and family.
